keeping em working!
and they even brought me those beautiful yellow flowers!
Dear Children, every single one of you love school. This makes life so much better. Dear Mom&Dad, I am so glad you came to visit. Once again you were put to work. I love you for it though and can't figure out why you want to come back. Do come back! I will make sure there is no major working going on. Love you! Dear PT, you are really helping my knees. And letting me bring Avary in with me for free and taping up her heels was really really nice. Avary let out a huge sigh and said that feels so good, the poor thing didn't even realize how much they were hurting. When it came off that night she said they hurt so bad without it. Funny I had the same reaction when they taped my shoulder/neck. You should have seen the look on Avary's face in there. Pure excitement! They let her try all of the exercise machines, she was in heaven. Dear Kinesio Tape, THE MAGIC TAPE! I don't know how I will ever go back to life without you! Dear Hazel, waking up at 2:30 am screaming bloody murder and acting like you are fighting for your life nearly gave me a heart attack. Especially after I had watched a scary show right before bed. You said you dreamed the huge grasshopper had teeth and was biting you all over. Poor thing. Dear Awkward, the landlord hired a guy to pressure wash the outside of the house to remove the chipping...shack parts...? So all day I had a shirtless man roaming around outside. Every time I had to leave the house he came over trying to talk to me, but he was...weird. And I was wearing my superman shirt (some of you know what that means and gives an idea what I looked like.ha) so why was he wanting to talk to me at all? I spent most of the day with the curtains closed and the doors locked telling the kids he was a stranger. Hey, I live alone. Dear Awesome, Hailey leaving her borrowed violin on the picnic table on the corner (not awesome). Having someone turn it into the school the next morning. Awesome. I love this town. Dear Hailey, you went to a birthday party that lasted half the day. I picked you up at 10pm and we stayed up for hours while we talked about all the drama of jr. high girls. And boys too. Dear Kade, one of your least favorite things is the sound of a violin. We went to Hailey's orchestra concert and I sat there telling you how sometimes one violin doesn't always sound wonderful, but all together it makes beautiful music. Haha. It was.....your comments during were "WOW they sound worse than when Hailey is playing by herself"..."Somebody get me out of here"..."I am going to walk home right now"...THIS is torture"..."If anyone ever hands me a violin I am going to tear it apart". On this occasion I admit I was wrong, it sounded much better to hear just Hailey play. Hazel said "wow look at all those guitars". Dear Conference, I can not wait! Dear Life, my baby is turning 5 this weekend. I can not face it. Dear Self, I have been using the quiet moments at night to really ponder some things about myself. I am grateful for those moments.
